Only 10 more sleeps till Christmas. Where has 2023 gone?

It’s certainly been a busy year for us with the acquisition of another law firm, but we’re thrilled to have our wonderful new team members on board and a larger presence in Christchurch.

This latest edition of ‘Off the Record’ summarises what the new government will bring to the table for Aotearoa. One of National’s promises was to help Kiwis gain easier access to the justice and tribunal system – a subject very close to our own hearts. We also tackle some topical issues including the gifting of loans to children and the minefield that is the Holidays Act.

The team will be back in full swing on 15 January 2024 although we will have a small team onboard from Monday 8 January for any legal needs you may have during that time.
